Clare Steele

Clare is a 200 hr YTT certified Yoga Teacher who studied under Leslie Bishop and Nikki Martin at NOVI Yoga in Halifax. Clare first fell in love with yoga at this very studio and has been practicing here ever since. Clare has had the privilege of teaching in Pictou County for the past five years. Her classes are a balance of fire and flow – They challenge you to show up where you are, take up space fearlessly, and always find time to play. Her fun and challenging sequences encourage you to tap into your strength and focus on your breath and remind you to never take yourself too seriously!  As a full-time recreation professional, when she is not on her mat you will find Clare either on a trail or at the beach trying to meet as many dogs as she can.
