This class offers slow, measured movements, strengthening poses and focused breathing to help you improve your balance, flexibility, stability and strength as well as giving you a sense of well-being and enhanced quality of life.
Mobility exercise can increase the range of movements and motions your body can perform. These include flexibility, but also balance, pliability, and strength. This combination is a great way to avoid injury and reduce your risk of falling.
