Lunchtime Lift and Tone

This is an invigorating HIIT-style fitness circuit class designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. With a focus on strength/cardio training and muscle toning, this energetic session delivers a total body workout in just a short amount of time. Led by CVG (Chris Van Green), participants engage in a series of high-intensity intervals interspersed with brief recovery periods, keeping heart rates elevated and calories burning. 

Beginner Basics

This class is designed for anyone who is just starting out, or has been away from fitness for an extended period of time. With a mix of mobility exercises, low impact cardio, light
weights, and a bit of core work you can comfortably ease your way into a fitness routine. Each class will end with a gentle guided stretch.

SHRED

Start your day with a 30-minute high-intensity and endurance-based workout. We use the 3-2-1 interval approach- 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of core. Shed fat, define muscle and feel fantastic after a quick and effective 6am workout!

Butts & Gutts

This 45-minute lower body workout will focus on all your best ASSets below the chest. With a little bit of cardio, along with booty bands and free weights, this class will help build your core strength while firing up those glutes and thighs!!

Low Impact Bootcamp

Low Impact, but not easy! We will work hard with weighted exercises, light cardio, and lots of core work!

PiYo

Total body workout combining the practices of Pilates and Yoga. Fast paced, flowing sequences to help you build strength, improve cardio and increase flexibility.

Lunch Crunch

This 40-minute workout combines resistance training, core work, and some cardio! With a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, stepper, sliders, kettlebells, balls….. every class is different and you never know what you’re going to get at Lunch Crunch!

Strong40

This 40-minute cardio kickboxing class conditions your muscles with a combination of cardio and plyometric exercises. Unlike your traditional bootcamp classes, the music is the heart of the workout, and every movement you do will be to the beat of the music.

Women on Weights

We will be using heavier weights than what you would normally use in our bootcamp classes as we work through slow and controlled muscle group exercises. This is a slower-paced class with emphasis on proper form and key education pieces.

Dance Fitness

Join Amber & Rachel as we bust a move to some of our favourite tunes from old school hip-hop to present day hot hits! Our playlist will have you shakin’ what your mama gave ya’ as we incorporate lots of fun dance cardio and weighted exercises!

Pilates

This low impact class will sculpt and strengthen your body like never before! Comprised of controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility,
and even mood, it focuses on the smaller and deeper muscles that support your structure and enhance your overall health. Expect a mix of mat work and standing in a class designed to work your core and leave you feeling strong!

Bootcamp

This 40-minute class is designed for intermediate to advanced participants, but everything is done on a timer so everyone can go at their own pace. Expect a high intensity mix of weighted exercises, cardio, and core!

Steps Reps Core

A 45-minute full body workout that incorporates high reps resistance training with dumbbells along with a cardio workout using the aerobics step and incorporating
movements like burpees, lunges, squats and planks. All aspects of the workout are done to the beat of the music and we finish the class with exercises to specifically target the core.

Booty Reps

Full body strength and conditioning with dumbbells and a closing focus on the booty! High reps and full body exercises will leave you feeling strong and then we will spend
the last 15 minutes working the glutes from different angles to build strength and stability.

Tabata

This 30-minute total body workout consists of high intensity interval training working at maximum effort with minimal rest. Studies show Tabata to be five times more effective at burning calories in a fraction of the time!

CIRCLMobility

RELEASE stress. RESTORE your range of motion. RENEW your ability to move better, longer. This mobility and flexibility program is designed to help you move your body the way it’s intended to.

Booty Sculpt

This class is similar to Yoga Sculpt, but we add bands to target the glutes! We will flow through some basic yoga moves while we stretch, strengthen and sculpt our lower body!

Lengthen & Strengthen

In this mobility class we will optimize movement and performance by increasing your range of motion within your joints and surrounding muscles while also targeting your core to boost overall strength and stability. Expect a quite low impact class that will leave your body feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
