Cardio Blast

Cardio Blast is a 30-minute high-intensity workout designed to maximize your calorie burn and boost your endurance in minimal time. Using intervals or circuits, this class keeps your heart rate elevated with a variety of dynamic, full-body movements.

Perfect for those who love a fast-paced, energetic workout, Cardio Blast delivers a quick and effective way to improve cardiovascular fitness and leave you feeling invigorated. Suitable for all fitness levels, modifications are available to ensure everyone gets the most out of their session.

Cardio Mash Up

This energetic workout combines the best of old-school aerobics with a variety of low and high-impact options, making it perfect for everyone, regardless of fitness level.

Weights, Plates & Pilates

Get ready to elevate your strength training with our Weights, Plates, and Pilates class! This dynamic workout combines high-rep exercises using plates, weights, and resistance bands to build muscle endurance and enhance your overall fitness.

In the first 30 minutes, you'll focus on effective weight training techniques that challenge your body and boost your metabolism. Our expert instructor will guide you through a variety of movements designed to target all major muscle groups, ensuring a balanced and efficient workout.

To round out the session, we'll transition into 15 minutes of Pilates, where you'll engage your core and improve flexibility with controlled, precise movements. This fusion of strength and stability will leave you feeling strong, centered, and revitalized.

Power Intervals

Power Intervals is a 30 minute, high-energy, full-body workout designed to build strength and endurance. This class uses timed intervals to combine weightlifting and bodyweight exercises for a dynamic, effective session. Expect a mix of challenging movements like squats, lunges, push-ups, and weighted lifts, all tailored to suit various fitness levels.

Barre

In this low impact class we will optimize movement and performance by increasing your range of motion within your joints and surrounding muscles while also targeting your core to boost overall strength and stability. Expect quite the class, comprised of mobility work, slow strengthening exercises, lots of core work, and deep stretches.

Strength, Balance & Power Hour

This dynamic fitness class is designed to help participants build total-body strength, improve balance, and boost cardiovascular fitness using a mix of weights and bodyweight exercises. Pilates ~ Barre Combo Class

Experience the best of both worlds in our Pilates Barre Combo class! This unique workout blends the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the graceful movements of barre, creating a balanced and effective fitness session that targets your entire body.

In this class, you'll engage your core, improve flexibility, and build strength using a combination of Pilates exercises and ballet-inspired barre routines. Beginner Basics

This class is designed for anyone who is just starting out, or has been away from fitness for an extended period of time. With a mix of mobility exercises, low impact cardio, light
weights, and a bit of core work you can comfortably ease your way into a fitness routine. Each class will end with a gentle guided stretch.

SHRED

Start your day with a 30-minute high-intensity and endurance-based workout. We use the 3-2-1 interval approach- 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of core. Shed fat, define muscle and feel fantastic after a quick and effective 6am workout!

PiYo

Total body workout combining the practices of Pilates and Yoga. Fast paced, flowing sequences to help you build strength, improve cardio and increase flexibility.

Women on Weights

We will be using heavier weights than what you would normally use in our bootcamp classes as we work through slow and controlled muscle group exercises. This is a slower-paced class with emphasis on proper form and key education pieces.

Dance Fitness

Join Amber & Rachel as we bust a move to some of our favourite tunes from old school hip-hop to present day hot hits! Our playlist will have you shakin’ what your mama gave ya’ as we incorporate lots of fun dance cardio and weighted exercises!

Pilates

This low impact class will sculpt and strengthen your body like never before! Comprised of controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility,
and even mood, it focuses on the smaller and deeper muscles that support your structure and enhance your overall health. Expect a mix of mat work and standing in a class designed to work your core and leave you feeling strong!

Bootcamp

This 40-minute class is designed for intermediate to advanced participants, but everything is done on a timer so everyone can go at their own pace. Expect a high intensity mix of weighted exercises, cardio, and core!
