Dorothy has been practicing yoga for 15 years, and leading classes for 9. She loves the community that has built up in the area around yoga and is forever grateful to be a part of it. After completing her initial 200-hour teacher training, Dorothy completed a yin yoga training and has most recently become a Vipassana meditation coach as well. Dorothy loves being a student and always tries to approach everything with a beginner’s heart. Her goal for her participants is that they can land in their bodies and settle into a little bit of softness. Dorothy can be found leading our Sunday evening Warm Yin Yoga class. This class is the perfect way to end your weekend and reset yourself for the week ahead.
