About Phil Arsenault

Phil has been in the fitness industry since 2010, sharing his passion for health and fitness as a Group Fitness leader. A CANFITPRO-certified Fitness Instructor Specialist, Phil specializes in Group Fitness settings. He is also a former Les Mills instructor and has led classes in several of their trademark programs. Phil’s certifications also include Jillian Michaels BodySHRED and Group Bootcamps. These days, his focus at the studio consists of early mornings for our 30-minute SHRED classes. With warm-up and cool down you are in and out in a comfortable 45 minutes. Although it is a higher intensity and endurance class, Phil incorporates options for all fitness levels as he strongly believes in making classes inclusive for everyone. We use the 3-2-1 interval approach- 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of core. Shed fat, define muscle and feel fantastic after this class. Outside the studio, Phil loves to spend time with his family, read, meditate, and get out in nature.
