Vicki is a mother of two children, 3 dogs and a cat. She has a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate through Mandi Arnold, Om-Line Yoga & Ayurveda. She is registered with the Canadian Yoga Alliance.
She has experience working alongside Nutritionists, Endocrinologists and Nurses for 17 years while caring for a child with Type 1 Diabetes. She has passion for food and exercise to manage stress and medical conditions.
Vicki graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She also works for the Department of Labour, Skills & Immigration, helping unemployed Nova Scotians meet their employment potential, helping employers find the employees they need to prosper, and helping communities play an active role in developing well-balanced local labour markets.
In her spare time, Vicki loves running/walking her dogs, strength training, yoga and spending time with her family. She shares a yoga practice that supports physical, mental, and spiritual health. She has passion for healing, embracing emotions, self love, creativity and being authentic. She enjoys various types of yoga, such Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative. She loves learning and growing, taking on new challenges and being part of an inclusive community. She encourages everyone to embrace themselves and their differences.
