Seasonal Eating - Incorporate fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables into your diet. Think about delicious salads with greens, berries, and citrus.
Hydration - Although is important all year round, with the temperature rising, it's essential to stay hydrated. Aim to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Consider decluttering your pantry and refrigerator, getting rid of unhealthy snacks and stocking up on nutritious options.
